Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

AI Output, Credits and Trademarks

• AI output may be wrong. Answers are generated by AI models and can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Check important information yourself, and don't rely on answers as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.
• Credits. Free daily messages, plan credits and credit packs are used as described on the pricing page. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. If a model returns no answer, the credits for that message are returned.
• Models and trademarks. GPT Astar models are built on third-party open-weight AI models (including models from OpenAI, Meta, Alibaba and DeepSeek). GPT Astar is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of those companies. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
• You are responsible for how you use the content you generate, and must not use the service to create content that is illegal or harms others.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
